Information used for an enquiry
A consultation request may include your name, phone number, email address, company or position, design preferences, preferred appointment time and office location when you ask us to visit you.
Why it is needed
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, confirm an appointment, prepare for measurements and provide the tailoring service you request. It should not be sold or used for unrelated advertising.
WhatsApp and email
When you choose to send a prepared request through WhatsApp or email, the information is also handled by that service under its own privacy terms. Review your request before sending it.
Office visits
An office address is requested only when it is necessary to arrange an on-site consultation. Access should be limited to the Keshinor team members responsible for the appointment.
Retention and correction
Appointment information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, service record and applicable business obligations. You may ask Keshinor to correct or remove information where appropriate.
